What is Gift Aid?
Gift Aid is a government scheme that allows charities to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, at no additional cost to you. This means your donation can have an even greater impact on supporting those affected by dementia.

How Does It Work?
If you are a UK taxpayer, all you need to do is complete a simple Gift Aid declaration. This allows us to reclaim the tax you’ve already paid on your donation from HMRC.

You only need to fill in the form below ONCE for all of your donations to be eligible for Gift Aid at no extra cost to you.
