Receptionist Volunteers
+ Guide visitors to their planned location, informing the person or organisation being visited accordingly
+ Monitor security, ensuring people sign-in the visitors’ book
+ Provide some administrative support for the programme manager as required
Wellbeing Co-ordinators
Paid Position - Full Time or Part Time
You will work with the programme manager to develop the daily programme of activity, liaise with in-house providers, contact and book daily speakers for the afternoon programme
Wellbeing Volunteers
+ You will prepare the space and resources for guests and support them to complete activities and remain engaged, being prepared to adapt the activity as required to support individuals appropriately
+ Meet and greet the guest speakers each day and ensure their requirements for resources are available in advance
Meet and Greet Volunteers
+ Meet our guests each day, ensure they have their badge and that their personal belongings are stored safely
+ Guide them to other activities that they may be booked in to during their visit
+ Ensure lunch orders are taken and notified to the Community Café effectively 
+ Remain present with their allocated individuals to maintain safety and security and ensure that no-one is or feels ‘lost’
+ Support guests to move to the Community Café for breaks and lunch, supporting and remaining present with them
