Hi there, I’m Donna White, executive manager of Alzheimer Café @ Parklands and I’m here to tell you a little bit about what we do.
Working together, we enable flexibility around people’s needs. We aim to support people with a dementia to maintain confidence and social skills whilst enabling opportunities for respite to carers and relatives.
Most importantly we want people to live well, maximising their potential and independence, whilst having lots of fun!
Our team support people to think about the things that are important to them enabling us to fully understand each person and their hopes and aspirations.
