England Footballers wear nameless shirts to highlight dementia

21/4/2023

Picture
In a recent friendly against Australia, a third of the England football team wore nameless shirts to demonstrate the number of people in the UK that will develop the disease.

After half-time, the team mixed up their shirts to highlight confusion and memory loss, both symptoms that those with dementia will suffer.

The nameless shirts will be auctioned off to raise money for dementia research. See the full story here.
