 Project Fusion is the working title for an NHS programme of work that is bringing together community, mental health and learning disability services in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight into a new single NHS Trust – by April 2024. The ‘Project Fusion’ Team have been visiting the Alzheimer Cafés over the last 6 months or so, to update and answer questions about community changes on the Isle of Wight.
